MANAGING ATTORNEY

Ezinné Adibe Ranger

As a law student, Ezinné worked with the Civil Rights and Restorative Justice Project at Northeastern University, where she vigorously investigated cold case lynchings of the modern civil rights era. She, along with her colleagues, led a team of students from Cambridge Rindge and Latin School in research on two lynching cases. The research culminated in a trip to Jefferson Parish, Louisiana where the students were able to meet with a lynching victim’s family to present their research findings.

While still a law student, Ezinné worked with Greater Boston Legal Services in its CORI and Re-Entry Unit, where she worked with clients to seal their criminal records, which in turn allowed these clients to overcome job, employment and housing hurdles that often result from encounters with the criminal justice system.

She also worked with the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS) and the Institute for Justice and Democracy in Haiti, while in law school.

Ezinné is a passionate advocate who prides herself in knowing that her clients find her to be knowledgeable as well as relatable.

Additionally, she was active in a number of student organizations and co-authored a legal brief on behalf of Michigan hand harvesters to assist them in asserting their equal protection rights.

As a member of the Black Law Students Association, she and her fellow classmates brought Northeastern to task for its lack of diversity within the law school student body. Backed by research, they presented their findings and recommendations in front of the Dean of the University, Dean of the Law School and members of both the student body and faculty. These engagements with the university resulted in a vote to improve diversity.

A graduate of Northeastern University School of Law and New York University, Ezinné is a member of both the Massachusetts and New York bars as well as the United States District Court of Massachusetts. She is also a Massachusetts licensed real estate broker.

She has experience in cannabis licensing, personal injury, residential and commercial real estate transactions, and civil and human rights law.
